ご案内（日本語）
UNFASHION では、日本国外への発送を承っております。下記の流れでお見積りからお手配まで対応いたします。お問い合わせはメールのみとなります。

決済方法
海外注文の場合、決済方法は PayPal のみ となります。商品代金の他に、配送料および PayPal 手数料がかかります。
配送方法
- 30kg 以内 / EMS 規格内の商品 — 国際郵便 EMS で発送
- 30kg 以上 / EMS 規格外の大型商品 — 海外配送専門業者にて発送
配送料は 配送先国・商品重量・梱包サイズ により異なります。ご検討中の商品がありましたら、配送先国への発送可否、配送料、関税の概算を算出し、お見積りを作成いたしますので、お気軽にお問い合わせください。
配達日数の目安
- EMS — 発送から 約 7〜14 日 でお届け（国・通関状況により前後）
- 海外配送専門業者（大型品） — 発送から 約 4〜8 週間（船便 / 混載便利用のため）
年末年始や繁忙期、また通関事情により遅延する場合があります。お急ぎの場合は事前にご相談ください。
関税元払い（DDP）について
当店からの海外発送は 関税元払い（DDP）には対応しておりません。すべて 関税後払い（DDU / DAP） での発送となり、関税・付加価値税は到着時にお客様より現地税関へお支払いいただきます。
梱包・追加オプション
商品に応じて適切な梱包をいたします。陶磁器・ガラス類・大型家具など破損リスクの高い商品は、必要に応じて以下の追加オプションをご案内します（料金は商品により異なります）。
- 木箱仕立て（クレートパッキング）— ¥10,000 〜
- 追加緩衝材・二重梱包 — ¥3,000 〜
- 大型家具の分解・現地組立は 承っておりません（解体可能な商品はその旨を商品ページに記載）
取扱い注意品・破損免責
陶磁器、ガラス、漆器、額装品、ガラスケース付き家具などは、適切な梱包を行ってもなお 輸送中の破損リスクが残ります。発送時の保険適用範囲内で対応いたしますが、それを超える損害につきましては免責とさせていただきます。事前のお問い合わせ時、リスクの大きい商品についてはご案内いたします。
同梱不可・発送できない商品
以下の商品は国際輸送の規定により、発送できない、または条件付きの発送となります。
- リチウムイオン電池を内蔵する家電・照明（バッテリー単体は航空便不可）
- 刃物類・武具・刀剣等（輸出許可および着地国の輸入許可が必要）
- 象牙・鼈甲・特定の動植物素材を含む製品（ワシントン条約 CITES 規制品）
- 香木・お香・アルコール類（国により輸入禁止）
- アンティーク銃砲類（輸出不可）
商品によって可否が分かれますので、ご検討の際にメールでお問い合わせください。
発送先の制限
下記に該当する場合、発送をお受けできないことがございます。情勢・郵便事情・通関要件により随時変動しますので、最新状況はメールでご確認ください。
- 日本郵便が EMS 引受を停止している国・地域
- 過去に重大な通関トラブル / 紛失が確認されている地域
- 戦時・災害等で安全な配送経路が確保できない地域
商品の追加情報リクエスト
掲載写真以外のディテール写真、寸法の追加計測、状態（コンディション）の詳細などのご質問は、ご注文前にお気軽にメールでお寄せください。可能な範囲で対応いたします。
ご注文の流れ
- 下記メールアドレスへ、購入希望商品と「必要事項」をご連絡ください。
- 当方にて商品の確保、配送方法の手配を行います。
- ご請求金額確定後、PayPal 決済メールをお送りいたします。
- ご入金確認後、配送準備に入ります。

関税・税金について
配送先の国により、関税などの税金が課される場合がございます。万が一、関税等が請求された場合は お客様のご負担 となりますので、現地税関へお支払いください。関税は配送先の国により異なりますので、詳細は各国の税関事務所までお問い合わせください。
キャンセル・返品について
海外発送のご注文は、ご注文確定後のキャンセル、返品、交換は承っておりません。輸送中の破損につきましては、発送時の保険適用範囲内で対応いたします。詳細はお問い合わせの際にご確認ください。
お見積りの有効期限
お見積りは、為替レート・配送料金の変動により 発行から 14 日間 を有効期限とさせていただきます。

UNFASHION ships internationally. Please see the procedure below for quotes and shipping arrangements. Correspondence is by email only.

Payment
For international orders, PayPal is the only payment method. In addition to the product price, shipping charges and PayPal fees will be charged.
Shipping methods
- Items weighing less than 30 kg (within EMS standards) — shipped by international mail (EMS).
- Items over 30 kg or larger than EMS standards — shipped by an overseas delivery specialist.
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country, product weight, and package size. Once you have a product in mind, we will calculate whether it can be shipped to the destination country, shipping fees, and an estimate of customs duties, and provide you with a quote. Please feel free to contact us.
Estimated delivery time
- EMS — approx. 7–14 days after dispatch (varies by country and customs clearance).
- Overseas delivery specialist (large items) — approx. 4–8 weeks after dispatch (uses sea freight / consolidated shipments).
Delays may occur during year-end holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs procedures. Please contact us in advance if your order is time-sensitive.
About DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
We do not offer DDP shipping. All shipments are sent on a DDU / DAP basis, meaning customs duties and VAT are paid by the recipient directly to the local customs authority upon arrival.
Packing and additional options
We will pack each item appropriately. For fragile items such as ceramics, glassware, and large furniture, the following additional options may be available (prices vary by item):
- Wooden crate packing — from ¥10,000
- Additional cushioning / double-boxing — from ¥3,000
- Disassembly of large furniture and on-site reassembly are not provided (items that can be disassembled are noted on the product page).
Fragile items and limitation of liability
Even with appropriate packing, some risk of damage during transit remains for ceramics, glass, lacquerware, framed works, and furniture with glass cases. Damage will be covered within the scope of the shipping insurance; losses beyond that are at the customer's risk. We will inform you of higher-risk items at the inquiry stage.
Items we cannot ship
The following items cannot be shipped, or are shipped only under specific conditions, due to international shipping regulations:
- Appliances and lighting with built-in lithium-ion batteries (standalone batteries cannot be sent by air).
- Bladed items, weapons, swords (require export permits and import permits in the destination country).
- Products containing ivory, tortoiseshell, or specific animal/plant materials (CITES-restricted).
- Incense wood, incense, alcoholic items (banned for import in some countries).
- Antique firearms (export not permitted).
Eligibility varies by item, so please email us before placing an order.
Destination restrictions
We may be unable to ship in the following cases. Restrictions change with international conditions, postal acceptance, and customs requirements — please email us for the latest status:
- Countries / regions where Japan Post has suspended EMS service.
- Regions where past customs trouble or losses have been confirmed.
- Regions where safe delivery routes cannot be ensured due to conflict or disaster.
Additional product information
Before ordering, please feel free to email us if you would like additional detail photos, more precise measurements, or further information about the condition of an item. We will respond to the best of our ability.
How to order
- Email us with the item(s) you wish to purchase and the required information (listed below).
- We will secure the product and arrange delivery.
- After the invoice amount is confirmed, we will send you a PayPal payment email.
- After payment is confirmed, we will prepare for shipping.

Customs duties and taxes
Taxes such as customs duties may be imposed depending on the destination country. In the unlikely event that customs duties are charged, you will be responsible for paying them directly to the customs office. Customs duties vary depending on the country of delivery, so please contact the customs office in your country for details.
Cancellation, returns, and exchanges
We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges of products after an order has been placed. For damage during transit, we will respond within the scope of the shipping insurance. Please confirm details when you contact us.
Quote validity
Due to exchange rate and shipping rate fluctuations, quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.
